Panty Lane Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to use Panty Lane.

Addresses

A Panty Lane address is a position and account feature inside the site. It is not real estate, a domain name, a security or a property right outside Panty Lane.

Residents may hold more than one address. An address can change residents through the Lane's takeover system.

Lane Credits

Lane Credits (LC) are site-use credits. They are not money, do not cash out and cannot be transferred directly between resident accounts.

Residents can earn LC through qualifying activity described in How the Lane works.

Any Lane Credit purchase shows its price and transaction-specific terms before checkout. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, delivered digital credits are final.

Claims and takeovers

An available address can be claimed at its posted LC price. An active address can be taken over at its posted takeover price.

When an address is taken over, the outgoing resident receives the LC they paid to acquire that address. The difference between the takeover price and that acquisition cost is spent to the Lane and is not paid to the outgoing resident.

Building type, paid floors and other structural address upgrades stay with the address when it changes residents. Upgrade spending is not separately refunded during a takeover.

Upkeep and inactivity

Addresses can reopen after an unpaid upkeep grace period or after the inactivity and grace periods shown in How the Lane works.

Resident content and links

You keep your rights to media you upload. You give Panty Lane permission to store, resize, stylize and display that media as needed to operate your address and the Lane.

Do not upload or link to content involving minors, non-consensual sexual material, illegal content, impersonation, harassment, malware or material you do not have the right to use. Panty Lane may remove media, links, accounts or addresses that violate these rules or create legal or safety risk.

Service changes

Features, prices, earning rules, released addresses and upkeep settings may change. Material rule changes should be reflected on the site before they apply.
